island of Vir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The island of Vir is 26 km away from Zadar, and it was connected with land by a bridge, in 1976.Enchanting and partly yet intact coast of Vir abounds in coves and sandy beaches with crystal clear sea.<\/p>\n<p>In many places, the sea alongside the beach is shallow and therefore ideal for families with small children that can play in the shallows carelessly.<\/p>\n<p>This area is particularly suitable for surfing, whereas the stony coast in the east part of the island abounds in sea benthos and, therefore, represents an appealing diving area
